Brittany and Eric

What a joy to photograph this intimate ceremony between effervescent Brittany and calm and quiet Eric, and so lovely meeting them, their warm energy instantly welcoming. The way they look at each other shows everything – I love the stripped down version of their wedding – just the two of them saying their vows in nature, amidst a backdrop of fiery mountains and a cool, calm lake…their bridal party – the resident ducks who quacked their applause after the nuptials! There was no stress in the lead up to their union, just a calm relaxed morning, some g’n’t’s, pedicures, pampering and taking in the view! Simplicity. The focus only on what was happening between them. Their lives forever changed by a chance encounter and a seven hour first date, the rest being written in the stars.
